Role Overview:

To manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for Sukino s multi-location workforce, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, regulatory compliance, employee documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for on-roll and contract employees.
- Ensure accurate processing of salary, attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, arrears, FF settlements and statutory deductions.
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS and other applicable labour compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, challans and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records in the HRMS/payroll system.
- Handle employee queries and payroll-related grievances.




- Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for payroll and statutory compliance matters.
- Support internal, statutory and labour audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, notices and other documentation as required under applicable labour laws.
- Track changes in labour laws and statutory requirements and ensure necessary implementation.
- Prepare monthly payroll MIS and reports related to headcount, payroll cost, statutory deductions and compliance status.
- Ensure compliance requirements across all Sukino centres and coordinate with centre HR/admin teams for timely submission of payroll inputs.
