Role Purpose:

Lead contract management for procurement and sourcing, ensuring commercially sound and legally robust agreements with suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of supplier agreements (raw materials, capex, logistics, tolling, service contracts)

- Partner with procurement and supply chain teams on sourcing strategies and contract structuring

- Identify commercial and legal risks; propose mitigation strategies (pricing, liability, indemnity, delivery terms, etc.)

- Standardize contract templates and drive contracting efficiency across plants

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal governance policies

- Manage contract lifecycle (execution, renewals, amendments, performance tracking)

- Support dispute resolution, claims,



and vendor escalations

- Collaborate with finance, operations, and quality teams on contractual obligations

Key Requirements:

- LLB / LLM from a reputed institution

- 3-8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in manufacturing / industrial sector

- Strong expertise in commercial contracts, procurement, and supply agreements

- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects relevant to manufacturing

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a plant workplace
