SEFORGE Limited is looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer – QA (Foundry) to support quality assurance activities within foundry operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS), monitoring foundry process quality, handling non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement in product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) within foundry operations.
- Monitor foundry process quality and ensure compliance with defined quality requirements.
- Identify, document, and coordinate closure of internal and external Non-Conformities (NCs).
- Coordinate with Production and other functions for timely resolution of quality issues.
- Apply appropriate quality tools for analysis, problem-solving, corrective action, and process improvement.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and support effective closure of recurring quality issues.
- Maintain quality records and documentation in line with QMS requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on foundry quality, process stability, and defect reduction.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality procedures and standards in day-to-day foundry operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech:



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma/DME: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Good understanding of foundry processes and quality requirements.
- Hands-on experience in handling internal and external non-conformities.
- Strong knowledge of relevant quality tools and their application in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with Production and cross-functional teams.
