Key Job Responsibilities

 Study and understanding equipment’s, machine through drawing and as suggested by Department Head and Sales team.

 Modify designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyses until design meets specification requirements.

 Analyze and manage multiple design related issues to identify root cause.

 Checking of drawing and BOM before release to production department.

 Control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models and Engineering Drawings.

 Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs.

 Design & Development of sub assembly of equipment’s.

 Indigenization and standardization.

 Independently determine approach and assigned tasks.

 Ability to capture and specify the design requirements.

 Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.

 Complete checking of bill of material converted from Excel.

 Liaise and communicate with Production, Purchase, Quality Control and

Electrical Departments.





 Co-ordination with interdepartmental, supplier and customer.

Additional Requirements

 Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

 Experience : 4-6 Years’ Experience

 Preferred Industries: Pharma Machineries, Process Industries, Machines

Manufacturing.

 Technical Skills:

 SolidWorks, Auto CAD

 A sound knowledge of computer aided design software, technical drawings and

3D modelling.

 Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products.

 Key Skill:

 Good Technical knowledge

 Good team-working skills

 Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed

 Valuable in Communication

 Self-driven, Self-motivate and resourceful

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
