About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytical Python AI/ML Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our creative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Model Development: Design, train, and test machine learning and deep learning models using standard frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Data Pipeline Management: Assist in building robust data pipelines, ensuring efficient data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering from structured and unstructured datasets.
- Algorithm Optimization: Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously fine-tune algorithms to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and ensure scalability.
- Deployment & Integration: Deploy machine learning models into production environments and integrate them seamlessly with existing Python-based backend systems and APIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Document technical processes and communicate model metrics effectively to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.





Required Technical Skills

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on, applied experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python (including Pandas, NumPy) alongside a working knowledge of SQL for database management.
- Advanced Regression & Sequence Models: Mandatory knowledge and practical experience with advanced regression models and algorithms, specifically including XGBoost and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) networks.
- Machine Learning Fundamentals: Solid understanding of linear algebra, statistics, and core machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
- Core Frameworks: Practical experience utilizing popular ML and deep learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
