• Make a high volume of outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Build trust and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.




• Update all lead interactions and progress accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Franchise Development team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up discipline.

Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Consultative Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Experience in high-value ticket sales environments is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making 80–100 calls and follow-ups daily.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
