The Role We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can independently handle paid marketing campaigns from planning to execution and optimization.
You will be responsible for understanding the numbers, identifying what is working and what isn't, testing new approaches, and improving campaign performance.

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending for better results
Track and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS
Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages
Monitor campaigns and take action when performance drops
Analyze campaign data and turn insights into clear decisions
Prepare clear and useful performance reports




Stay updated with advertising platforms, tools, and performance marketing trends

2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
~ Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
~ Good understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion funnels
~ Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics
~ Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
~ Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
~ Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain campaign performance

You should be able to take a recent client, understand their business, identify the right audience, build a campaign strategy, execute it, and continuously improve it based on data.
