About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.

The primary focus of this role will be Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), followed by Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. This is a lead role, so we are looking for someone who can not only execute campaigns independently but also develop strategies, manage budgets, analyze performance, communicate with clients, and guide the team on performance marketing activities.

Performance Marketing Strategy & Ownership
• Take ownership of performance marketing across assigned client accounts.
• Define campaign KPIs and continuously evaluate performance against them.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversions, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
• Guide internal teams on performance-driven creatives, landing pages, messaging, and campaign requirements.




• Review campaign performance and ensure accounts are being actively optimized.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across lead generation, conversions, traffic, remarketing, and brand awareness objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and frequency.
• Work closely with content and design teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives.

Google Ads
• Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPA, ROAS, and advertising efficiency.
• Monitor search terms, quality scores, bidding strategies, and campaign budgets.

LinkedIn Ads
• Plan and manage LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
