Analyst to join our agile team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

- Develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Create detailed functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
