Hiring for Senior / Principal /Architect -- Blockchain Engineer

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement blockchain-based applications for institutional finance, tokenized funds, and real-world assets, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory alignment.
- Develop and maintain smart contracts and on-chain workflows, modeling real-world financial agreements with strong correctness, auditability, and access control.
- Build and integrate backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC, event-driven) with blockchain networks and enterprise systems.
- Implement privacy, security, and key-management patterns, including role-based access, secure signing, and cryptography-driven components.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across development, testing, and production environments using contemporary DevOps practices.




- Proficiency in any one of the below stacks is acceptable:
- Canton/DAML privacypreserving, multiparty workflows
- Go protocol / chainmodule / Cosmosstyle engineering
- Rust securitycritical or highperformance services (Polkadot/Solana/Stellar)

Required Tech Skills

- Strong programming experience in one or more of the following: Go or Rust or DAML.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, messaging systems, and cloud-native design.
- Backend: Java / Node.js, REST/gRPC APIs
- Security:Experience with HSM/KMS integrations, PKI, or secure key management.
- DevOps: CI/CD, containerization, monitoring/logging
- Data & Messaging: Relational/NoSQL stores, Kafka/RabbitMQ equivalents
