Key Responsibilities

- Production Management & Machine selection:

Should have experience of different type of Linen Spinning machines handling and selection of machines, Managing the entire yarn production process from fibre to yarn, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring production flow.

- Quality Control:

Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures across all spinning stages, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying and addressing defects.

- Team Management:

Leading and supervising a team of Mangers & workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback, coordinating with dyeing and weaving dept.

- Process Optimization:

Identifying areas for improvement in the spinning process, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste generation.

- Machinery Maintenance:

Ensuring proper functioning of spinning machinery, coordinating maintenance activities, and troubleshooting issues.

- Safety and Compliance:

Enforcing safety regulations, maintaining a protected working environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

- Inventory Management:





Managing raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring optimal stock level, managing the cost and minimizing waste.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Linen spinning processes, machinery, and quality control procedures.

- Production Management Skills: Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities effectively.

- Quality Management Skills: Understanding of quality control principles and the ability to implement and monitor quality control procedures.

- Team Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues and troubleshoot machinery problems.

- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other stakeholders.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree or diploma in textiles or a related field is often preferred.

- Experience: Several years of experience in Linen spinning, with experience in a managerial role preferred.
