We’re looking for a Specialist – Talent Acquisition with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially across:
Manufacturing & Engineering
Automotive
SPM & Industrial Machinery
Other technical/non-IT domains
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle salary negotiations and ensure quality hiring
- Maintain daily submissions, MIS, recruitment reports, and ATS updates
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong hands-on experience in Non-IT/Technical recruitment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle
