About the Role

/n

Prima Dermatology & Hair Transplant Centre is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive patient acquisition, build referral networks, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the centre.

/n

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with patients, doctors, corporate representatives, salons, wellness businesses and other potential referral partners, with a solid focus on converting opportunities into consultations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

/n

1. Business Development & Patient Acquisition

/n

/n
- Identify and develop new sources of patient acquisition.
/n
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals,



partnerships and local business outreach.
/n
- Build relationships with potential patients and guide them towards consultations.
/n
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion from enquiry to consultation and treatment.
/n
- Achieve monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
/n

2. Referral & Partnership Development

- Develop referral relationships with:

- General physicians and speciality doctors
/n
- Clinics and hospitals
/n
- Beauty salons and spas
/n
- Gyms and wellness centres
/n
- Corporate organisations
/n
- Hotels and other relevant businesses
/n
- Identify partnership opportunities that can generate consistent patient referrals.
/n
- Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners.
/n

3. Field Sales & Market Development
