About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build and strengthen brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, B2B marketing, social media trends, and storytelling.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content while collaborating with marketing, sales, leadership, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage social media calendars aligned with business goals and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Write compelling captions, thought-leadership posts, employee advocacy content, and campaign creatives.
- Repurpose blogs, case studies, webinars, reports, and industry insights into engaging social content.
Brand Building
- Strengthen Segumento’s positioning as an Audience Intelligence and Data Solutions leader.
- Work with leadership to develop personal branding and thought-leadership content.
- Drive employee engagement and social media advocacy initiatives.
Community Management
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and engagement opportunities.
- Build relationships with industry professionals, partners, agencies, and relevant marketing communities.
- Track brand mentions and conversations within the digital advertising and technology ecosystem.
Performance & Analytics
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyze engagement, follower growth, content performance, and campaign results.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, and emerging content formats.
