Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex business and technology projects.
- Engage with business stakeholders, clients, SMEs, technical teams, and project teams to understand business needs.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, and requirements elicitation sessions.
- Translate business requirements into transparent and structured functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
- Ensure requirements are clearly linked to solution design, development, testing, and final deliverables.
- Identify gaps, conflicts, dependencies, assumptions, and ambiguities in requirements.
- Validate requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure appropriate change control.
- Assess the impact of requirement changes on scope, cost, timeline, resources, and solution design.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.




- Support solution design by providing detailed and validated requirements to architecture and technical teams.
- Support QA and UAT teams in developing test scenarios and validating requirements coverage.
- Facilitate requirement sign-offs and stakeholder approvals.
- Maintain requirements documentation, process flows, decision logs, and supporting project documentation.
- Support issue resolution and clarification of requirements throughout implementation.
- Ensure requirements meet business objectives, quality standards, compliance requirements, and project governance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering experience.
- Experience working on high-complexity enterprise projects.
- Experience managing requirements across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification is preferred.
- Experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, system integration, cloud, or IT implementation projects is preferred
