2+ years deploying applications on Kubernetes (WCNP preferred).

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and modernization of large-scale, distributed, event-driven platforms. This individual will provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, drive architectural standards, and design scalable cloud-native solutions supporting high-volume retail and supply chain systems.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in Java microservices, Kafka-based architectures, Cassandra, cloud platforms, and legacy modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture for large-scale distributed microservice platforms.

Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, CDC patterns, and workflow orchestration tools.

Lead architecture reviews, technical design decisions, and engineering governance across multiple teams.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to develop scalable, multi-tenant solutions.

Drive modernization initiatives, including mainframe-to-cloud migrations.

Establish standards for reliability, performance, security, scalability, and observability.

Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams of 15+ engineers.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native development principles.
