Role & responsibilities
- Supervise solar PV installation and site execution work.
- Monitor installation of panels, structures, inverters, cables, and electrical systems.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily site progress.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
