Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Software Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in software testing methodologies and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students or professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions on Manual Testing and Automation Testing
- Teach core concepts such as:
- SDLC & STLC
- Test Case Design Techniques
- Bug Life Cycle
- Agile & Scrum Methodology
- Regression & Smoke Testing
- Provide hands-on training in tools like:
- Selenium WebDriver
- JIRA
- TestNG / JUnit
- Postman (API Testing)
- SQL (Basic Queries for Testing)
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Conduct mock interviews and guide students in resume preparation
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback




- Stay updated with latest industry trends and tools in software testing
- Support placement assistance activities (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual/Automation)
- Robust knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and automation frameworks
- Good understanding of Agile methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle both beginner and advanced learners

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in training or mentoring
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
- Exposure to API Automation
- Basic programming knowledge (Java / Python)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
