Role Overview

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing our web and mobile applications and ensuring that every feature works reliably before it reaches our customers.

This role involves both manual and automation testing. Since we work in the fintech domain, attention to detail is very important. You should be someone who does not simply test whether a feature works, but also thinks about what could go wrong, edge cases, user scenarios, data accuracy, integrations and security-related issues.

You will work closely with Angular frontend developers, FastAPI backend developers and other team members to identify, reproduce and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing.
- Automate important test cases using Playwright.
- Test APIs and backend functionality developed using FastAPI.
- Understand and test applications built using Angular.
- Perform API and integration testing.
- Perform database testing and verify data accuracy.
- Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes and recent releases.
- Work closely with developers to understand requirements and resolve issues.




- Test different user flows, edge cases and failure scenarios.
- Ensure that critical financial and transaction-related features are thoroughly tested.
- Contribute to improving the overall QA and testing process.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
- Experience with both manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Playwright is important.
- Basic to good understanding of Angular and frontend testing.
- Basic to good understanding of FastAPI / REST APIs and API testing.
- Knowledge of database testing and SQL.
- Understanding of integration testing.
- Experience testing web applications; mobile application testing is an added advantage.
- Ability to write clear and detailed test cases and bug reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹312,500.00 per year
