Software Engineer Staff- Packet Forwarding

This role has been designed as Onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. What you will do:

- Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of applications implementing Monitoring Services.
- Analyses design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution.
- Writes and executes complete unit-testing plans.
- Identifies debugs and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application.

What you need to bring:

- Requires B.E. in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with at least 10+ years of experience in the Networking industry.
- Hands-on experience with designing and coding in Networking.
- Be a Team player.
- Core Skills:
- Knowledge of Internet Protocols (TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6).
- IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS)L3 Protocols
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in teams with strong interpersonal skills.

Additionals Skills:

- Programming skills in Python
- Good written and verbal communication skills and agile in a changing environment.
