Role Description The Software Engineer role at LogicBridge Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, primarily focusing on back-end web development and core programming tasks. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, UI/UX, and product management. The role also involves implementing software development best practices, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability of solutions.





The Software

Engineer is expected to stay current with emerging technologies and support continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, with experience in at least one contemporary programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
- Practical knowledge of Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
