We focus on addressing obesity, diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, PCOS, and more through a robust App & web-based model. Our mission is to transform healthcare for Indians globally, aiming to reach 1 million users in the next 12 months.

We're looking for a creative, execution-focused skilled who can build and nurture our community while driving brand collaborations, influencer marketing, PR initiatives, paid marketing campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

Build, engage, and grow Balance Nutrition's online community across social media platforms.
Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, healthcare professionals, media partners, and strategic brand partners.
Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.




Plan and execute engaging campaigns that strengthen community participation and brand awareness.
Manage community engagement across social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and ROI.
Drive user-generated content (UGC), customer success stories, testimonials, webinars, podcasts, live sessions, and community-led initiatives.
Work closely with the Brand, Content, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Convert community engagement into qualified leads and support revenue growth initiatives.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and continuously optimize engagement, acquisition, and conversion metrics.
