Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios and team productivity.
/n
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and sales training.
/n
- Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures.
/n
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and overall productivity.
/n
- Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management.
/n

Candidate Profile:

- 7–9 years of strong hardcore sales experience.
/n
- Proven record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets.
/n
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
/n
- Excellent negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills.

- Ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a high-pressure setting.
