We are seeking a seasoned KAM Lead to lead a high-performance team of Account Managers serving sellers and brands across India's leading e-commerce marketplaces, as part of our Paid Account Management vertical. You will own team-level performance, drive seller success across the portfolio, and be measured on what your team delivers.
Lead a team of 12–14 Account Managers; Own aggregate team-level KPIs — Seller growth, service quality, NPS, and seller renewals across the portfolio
Co-own Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) alongside the Account Manager, acting as the senior voice with founder / CXO / category head stakeholders
Drive team-level operating rhythm — weekly reviews, health audits, growth input reviews and monthly business reviews with leadership
Own service quality, NPS, and renewals for the portfolio as critical busi
