Role Description

1.Office Administration

Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.

Maintain office records, files, registers, and important documents

Maintain records of company assets and office equipment.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Ensure the office is maintained in an organized and professional manner.

2.Employee Co-ordination

Maintain employee attendance and leave records.





Coordinate joining formalities and documentation for new employees.

Maintain employee files and required documents.

Call candidate for interview.

Follow up with employees for pending documents, forms, bills, and other submissions.

Assist in maintaining company policies and administrative procedures.

3.Documentation & MIS

Prepare and maintain administrative reports and MIS.

Maintain soft and hard copies of important documents.

Prepare letters, notices, basic reports, and official communications.

Maintain proper filing and document tracking systems.

Ensure documents are submitted within defined timelines.

4.Travel & Site Coordination

Assist in arranging travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees.

Coordinate with employees working at different locations for administrative requirements.

Maintain travel-related records and supporting documents.
