Technical Support & Software Executive

We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and quick-learning Technical Support & Software Executive to join our team.

The candidate will support day-to-day software operations, application testing, technical troubleshooting, customer support, and basic IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a positive office mindset, good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support software and application operations.
- Test applications and identify technical issues.
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, network, API, and database issues.
- Assist with application deployment and configuration.
- Support customer/user technical queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and daily work reports.
- Coordinate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
- Learn and work with new technologies as required.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.




- Maintain professional office discipline and confidentiality.

Required Skills
- Positive computer and IT knowledge.
- Basic understanding of software applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking, APIs, databases, or programming is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Fast learner with a responsible attitude.
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned work.

Experience 0–2 years experience. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a good learning attitude may also apply.

Salary

₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance.

Full-time | 3-month probation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
