AEONA is a premium women-focused aesthetic and plastic surgery brand, part of Divine Cosmetic Surgery. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Marketing Manager who can build a strong digital presence through high-quality content, engaging storytelling, and performance-driven social media strategies.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of AEONA’s day-to-day social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram, Reels, visual storytelling, and premium healthcare/aesthetic content .

You will work closely with doctors, the creative team, and marketing team to develop content that educates, engages, and strengthens the AEONA brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an Instagram-first social media strategy across Reels, posts, Stories, and other relevant formats.
- Generate creative content ideas around doctor insights, patient journeys, educational topics, transformations, campaigns, and brand stories.
- Shoot and coordinate short-form video content using a smartphone and/or camera.
- Edit engaging Reels with captions, transitions, trending formats, audio, and strong storytelling.
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools .
- Cover clinic activities, events, launches, campaigns, and special initiatives for social media.
- Write engaging captions, manage daily posting, community engagement, and content scheduling.
- Research Instagram trends and identify opportunities relevant to the beauty, wellness, and aesthetic industry.
- Collaborate with doctors and internal teams for campaigns, content planning, and launches.
- Track social media performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improving reach, engagement,



and content quality.
- Maintain consistency in AEONA’s premium visual identity, tone, and communication style .

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or branded content.
- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram and short-form video content .
- Excellent understanding of Instagram trends, Reels, Stories, and audience engagement.
- Solid video editing skills for social media content.
- Basic graphic design skills; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone and/or camera.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, storytelling, and premium brand presentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, organized, creative, and execution-focused.
- Ability to work closely with doctors and take ownership of content from idea to execution.
- Willingness to travel for shoots, events, or campaigns when required.

Preferred Experience Experience in aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands will be an advantage.
