About the Internship

CommerceOS is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in Asansol, West Bengal.

This is a 3-month, full time, unpaid internship with a hybrid work arrangement. The intern will work on practical social media and digital marketing activities while collaborating with the marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

- Assist with social media planning and campaigns.
- Create captions, posts, and other social media content.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research social media trends and content ideas.
- Track basic social media performance metrics.
- Assist with reports and campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams.




- Contribute ideas to improve brand reach and engagement.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Interest in social media marketing and content creation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Students or graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields are preferred.
