Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketer & Content Creator role based in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, including content ideation, copywriting, and basic visual asset coordination. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, posting content, optimizing performance, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in line with brand voice.

The team member will collaborate with marketing and design colleagues to develop content strategies, align social campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives,



and support paid advertising efforts. The role also includes tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, suggesting improvements based on data, and staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategy, including planning campaigns and creating platform-specific content.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Foundational digital marketing knowledge, including audience targeting, basic analytics, and understanding of paid campaigns.
- Demonstrated creativity in content creation, with an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn, scheduling tools).
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field; prior agency or in-house marketing experience is an advantage.
