Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, campaign analytics, and budget management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple client campaigns and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audiences
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other KPIs
- Develop and implement lead generation, remarketing, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance and ROI
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content teams, and clients for advertising creatives
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and provide strategic recommendations




- Troubleshoot campaign and tracking issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, policies, algorithms, and industry trends
- Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Take ownership of campaign performance and achieve defined lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets

Required Skills:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
- Expertise in Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and Meta advertising
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Good knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead-generation strategies
- Ability to independently manage multiple client campaigns
- Good communication, reporting, and client-handling skills
- Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage

Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Performance Marketing will be an added advantage

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month
