About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will own the social media strategy end-to-end — from planning and content creation to execution and performance tracking — while also managing a small, focused team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals
- Lead and mentor a small team of up to 3 members, delegating tasks and ensuring quality output
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to optimize content performance
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for cohesive campaigns
- Manage day-to-day community engagement — responding to comments,



messages, and building audience relationships
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements

Requirements

- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
- Prior experience leading/managing a small team (up to 3 people)
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and execution
- Creative thinking with an eye for trends and detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
