Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Jaipur.

The Social Media

Specialist will manage daily posting, monitoring, and optimization of content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating engaging visuals and copy, responding to audience comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and supporting digital campaigns and promotions.



The successful candidate will help grow audience engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure timely execution of all social media activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with an understanding of platform best practices and trends.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including writing concise copy and collaborating on visual assets.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to align social media efforts with broader campaign objectives and brand positioning.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and audience interaction.
- Relevant experience managing brand or business social media accounts, preferably in a similar industry or agency environment.
- Ability to analyze basic social media metrics and use insights to improve content and posting strategies.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple platforms and deadlines on-site in Jaipur.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
