We are building a global fitness coaching brand designed to make quality, personalised fitness guidance accessible regardless of where you live.

What you'll do

- Create and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin including Reels, carousels, posts and Stories.
- Plan and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Turn educational fitness content into engaging short-form videos and social media content.
- Research current social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Write engaging hooks, captions and CTAs.
- Monitor social media analytics and improve content based on performance.
- Help grow reach, engagement and qualified leads for online coaching.
- Work closely with the coach/founder to turn fitness expertise into useful, engaging content.

What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, carousels and Stories.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.




- Someone who understands the difference between content created for reach, engagement and conversion.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Interest or experience in fitness, health, wellness or sports is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
