About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with the online community.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies with company goals.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, VN, InShot, Capcut, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
