Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager + Client Relationship Manager who can independently manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with the internal creative team, and maintain strong client relationships.

The candidate should have good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, content planning, Reels, social media trends, and client handling .

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management:

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and content plans.
- Coordinate Reels, creatives, videos, and social media posts.
- Suggest trending Reel ideas, content concepts, and social media strategies.
- Monitor Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
- Track basic social media performance analytics.
- Ensure all posts, creatives, and Reels are delivered and published on time.

Client Relationship Management

- Communicate with clients regularly through WhatsApp, calls, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks for the internal team.
- Collect content approvals and follow up with clients.
- Handle client feedback, corrections, and requirements professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships and improve client satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending approvals, shoots, content, and deliverables.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, Anchors, and the Shoot Team.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the creative team.
- Reduce communication gaps between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate multiple client requirements and ensure timely execution.

Reporting & Performance





- Prepare weekly and monthly client updates and reports.
- Monitor content performance and basic analytics.
- Track pending tasks, approvals, shoots, and deliverables.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed within deadlines.

Account Management

- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Take complete responsibility for assigned clients from understanding requirements to coordinating execution and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage deadlines effectively without missing client requirements.

Required Skills

- Prior experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Should be confident in handling clients independently.
- Should have strong communication and coordination skills.
- Should be capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Should have a good understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Should be responsible for assigned clients from requirement collection through final delivery.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
