Social Media & WhatsApp Manager – Wholesale & Retail

NJS LLP is looking for a Social Media & WhatsApp Manager to manage the online communication and promotion of our Wholesale & Retail Store. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, managing WhatsApp enquiries, creating social media content, and generating sales leads for both wholesale and retail customers.

Responsibilities

- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Create and post content for products, new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
- Create Reels, Stories, posts, and short product videos.
- Handle daily customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, offers, and orders.
- Manage WhatsApp broadcasts for new products, offers, and promotions.
- Generate and follow up on wholesale and retail customer enquiries.
- Maintain proper follow-up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Promote store offers and products to increase customer walk-ins and sales.
- Coordinate with the store team for product photos, videos, pricing, stock availability, and promotional information.
- Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers and wholesale buyers.
- Encourage customer reviews, referrals, and repeat purchases.
- Monitor social media engagement,



WhatsApp enquiries, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on enquiries, leads, and sales generated through social media and WhatsApp.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify new opportunities to promote the store.

Requirements
- Experience in Social Media Management, WhatsApp Business, Retail Marketing, or Customer Handling.
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and sales coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing is an advantage.
- Should be creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Experience in wholesale or retail sales will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the store team.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
