About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our growing team. The intern will support the social media and marketing team in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and increasing brand visibility across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and wants hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing VocSkill's social media accounts.
- Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms .
- Assist in creating Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and other social media content .
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, sounds, and content ideas.
- Write captions, social media copy, and basic marketing content.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and marketing teams for content creation.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and other relevant metrics.
- Research competitors and identify current social media opportunities.
- Support campaigns for VocSkill's courses, college partnerships,



CSR projects, and skill-development initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform features.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field .
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing .
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Creative mindset with an ability to generate new content ideas.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
