About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Mumbai. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone early in their career to build a strong foundation in B2B industrial sales, working directly with distributors, partners,



and manufacturing customers across India's industrial hubs.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound business inquiries (calls, emails, web leads) and qualify them into sales opportunities
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers and distributors across target industrial regions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kubo Chemicals products and solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, and orders
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with the technical and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Support outreach and follow-up for marketing campaigns and trade inquiries

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Chemistry, Business, or Engineering background preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or c
