About the Role: To develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies to drive domestic and international business growth through export sales, market development, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and expand export business in assigned international markets.
- Identify current customers, distributors, and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize sales contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

International Sales & Marketing:
- Execute international sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies for business growth.
- Monitor global market trends, pricing, customer requirements, and industry developments.

Market Research & Survey:




- Conduct market surveys to identify emerging opportunities and customer preferences.
- Analyze demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities across target markets.
- Prepare market intelligence reports for management decision-making.

Export Documentation & Customs:
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit (LC) documentation & Other export-related documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade requirements.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics-related issues.

SAP & MIS:
- Process sales orders and export transactions through SAP.
- Generate sales reports, order status reports, and management dashboards.
- Maintain accurate customer master data and sales records in SAP.
