We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Rider to join our team in Lucknow. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Deliver Orders:** Pick up food, packages, or other items from our location and deliver them to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

- **Route Planning:** Follow the best routes to reach customers quickly, using maps and navigation apps effectively.

- **Customer Interaction:** Provide friendly service to customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have about their orders.

- **Maintain Vehicle:** Take care of your delivery vehicle by keeping it clean and in good working order, reporting any issues as needed.

- **Record Keeping:** Keep accurate records of deliveries made, including time, location, and any issues encountered during the delivery process.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Communication Skills:** Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.





- **Time Management:** Ability to manage time effectively to ensure that deliveries are made on schedule.

- **Basic Geography Knowledge:** Familiarity with Lucknow’s roads and neighborhoods will help in delivering efficiently.

- **Responsibility:** Demonstrate reliability and accountability for handling orders and managing delivery tasks.

- **Basic Computer Skills:** Comfortable using smartphones or other devices to access delivery applications and navigate routes.
