**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Entry:** Accurately enter and maintain company data in databases and systems, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.

- **Document Management:** Organize and manage significant documents, both physical and digital, to ensure they can be quickly retrieved when needed.

- **Administrative Support:** Assist other departments with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and handling correspondence, contributing to a smooth workflow.
