We are looking for an AI Trainer to join our team in Tarapur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in training AI systems and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Training Materials:** Create training resources and manuals to guide both employees and systems in understanding and using AI tools effectively.

- **Conduct Training Sessions:** Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions to educate team members on AI applications and best practices.

- **Monitor Progress:** Track and analyze the performance of trainees to ensure they are grasping AI concepts and skills, providing additional support when needed.

- **Support AI Implementation:** Assist in integrating AI technologies into existing workflows by providing hands-on training and ongoing support to teams.

- **Stay Updated:** Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest AI developments and trends to enhance training programs.





**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a solid background in AI and machine learning principles, with solid communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience in creating training programs or materials is essential. A proactive attitude towards learning and improving training methods is expected.
