Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA across 10th, 12th, and Graduation).
- Industry Preference:
Candidates with past experience in Ed-Tech (e.g., Byju's, WhiteHat Jr, Allen, PhysicsWallah) or Real Estate/Hospitality (e.g., Property Pistol, Mahindra Bloomdale, Lodha, Tata Capital Heights, Godrej Anandam, Mahindra Holidays) are highly preferred.
- Large-Scale Leadership: Proven experience managing large sales structures (50+ Team Leads and Associates) with complete P&L; accountability and a strong track record of high-ticket deal closures.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to interpret sales patterns and drive strategic, real-time commercial decisions.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong proactiveness to manage high-ticket closures, drive team pitch quality, and resolve customer escalations.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools
