Kadkraft Systems is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive business development across Western India.

/n

Since 1991, Kadkraft has been helping manufacturers Design | Build | Inspect with advanced engineering solutions covering CAD, CAE, manufacturing simulation, additive manufacturing, 3D scanning and quality inspection.

What you'll be responsible for/n

/n
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Western India
/n
- Build relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers and other manufacturing companies
/n
- Identify new opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
/n
- Engage CXOs, Engineering Heads, R&D; and Manufacturing teams
/n




- Drive the complete sales cycle - prospecting → technical engagement → proposal → negotiation → closure
/n
- Work closely with application and technical teams for demos, evaluations and benchmarks
/n
- Represent Kadkraft at industrial exhibitions, seminars and customer events
/n
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts
/n

What we're looking for/n

Must-have:

/n

/n
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in CAD/CAE, industrial software, engineering services or manufacturing solutions
/n
- Proven experience selling to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers
/n
- CAD and CAE exposure is a must - candidates must be comfortable discussing engineering design and simulation requirements
/n
- Strong understanding of the automotive and modern manufacturing ecosystem
/n
- Awareness of emerging industry sectors and trends such as EVs, robotics, mechatronics, tool & die design, digital manufacturing and advanced engineering
