Position Summary

Technovision Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the South India regions. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and provide technically sound material handling solutions for industries such as Automobile, FMCG, Warehousing, E-commerce, Food & Beverage, Packaging, and Pharmaceuticals.

The candidate will act as the bridge between customer requirements and engineering solutions while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

· Identify and develop recent business opportunities through market research, networking, industrial visits, and customer meetings.

· Generate leads from industrial areas such as Peenya, Bidadi, Hoskote, Hosur, Sriperumbudur, Manesar, Noida,



and other manufacturing clusters.

· Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Conduct customer site visits to understand manufacturing processes and material flow.

· Recommend suitable solutions including:

o Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRC)

o Industrial Goods Lifts

o Belt & Roller Conveyors

o Pipe & Joint Systems

o FIFO Racks

o Workstations

o Assembly Tables

o Material Handling Trolleys

o Lean Manufacturing Solutions

Proposal Management

· Coordinate with Design, Costing, and Production teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.

· Review engineering layouts and drawings to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

· Support customers during technical discussions and project finalization.

Customer Relationship Management

· Develop long-term relationships with Plant Heads, Maintenance Managers, Purchase Heads, and Project Teams.
