Position: Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive who can manage the company’s social media presence as well as execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

Meta & Google Ads

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns through Facebook and Instagram.
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns based on business and lead-generation objectives.
- Manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, and brand awareness.
- Conduct basic audience research and targeting.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize advertising budgets and campaign performance.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.




- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce cost per lead/conversion.
- Conduct basic A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular Meta Ads and Google Ads reports.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
- Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
- Valuable knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other designing tools will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing social media pages and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates with experience in lead generation campaigns will be preferred.
