Social Media Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands social media, someone who can create beautiful content while also thinking about what works on Instagram.

You'll work across social media, campaigns, product education, launches, and brand communication, bringing AMINU's premium, modern, and minimal visual language to life.

What You'll Do

- Create social media content including carousels, static posts, stories, reels, and campaign assets while maintaining consistency with AMINU's visual identity.
- Translate product science and brand stories into simple, engaging visuals.
- Understand what makes content work on social media, hooks, formats, visual storytelling, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Keep up with evolving Instagram and social media formats and identify relevant trends.
- Think about content formats, hooks, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Develop moodboards and visual directions for campaigns and shoots.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop content ideas.
- Maintain AMINU's premium visual identity across all communication.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design/social media design.




- Strong portfolio with social media and digital work.
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media content.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of premium/luxury aesthetics.
- Good eye for typography, composition, layout, and detail.
- Someone who can take a brief and bring their own ideas to it.
- Curious about design, beauty, culture, and digital trends.

Tools

Solid working knowledge of

Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign | Canva

After Effects, Premiere Pro or Figma are a plus.

The Right Person For This Role

- You don't just make things look good, you think about why they should exist, who they're for, and how they'll perform on social media.
- You know when to follow a trend and when a premium brand should stay away from it.
- You can make something feel premium without making it boring.
- You have opinions about typography, layouts, colours, references, and visual direction — and can explain why.

Portfolio is mandatory.
