Role Description The Social Media Designer role at Shala Setu is a full time hybrid position based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The Social Media

Designer will create visually engaging graphics for social media channels, including posts, stories, banners, and ads that align with the brand’s identity and messaging.

Responsibilities include designing campaign assets, collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into visual content,



and adapting designs for different platforms and formats. The role involves maintaining consistent branding across all digital touchpoints, experimenting with new visual styles, and optimizing designs based on performance insights and feedback.

The Social Media

Designer will also manage design files, follow brand guidelines, and ensure timely delivery of assets for scheduled campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating high-quality visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to maintain a consistent visual identity and support brand-building initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and visually appealing text treatments within designs.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software.
- Experience designing for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and understanding of current digital design trends.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret briefs, and capability to manage multiple design projects with tight timelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, content, and product teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; a degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
