Social Media & Content Intern Kicks Machine

Location: On-site — Kicks Machine Headquarters, Canal Road, Dehradun

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000/month

Kicks Machine is India’s marketplace for authenticated limited-edition sneakers, luxury bags, watches, and streetwear. We work with 2,000+ verified sellers and have built a 100K+ community that lives and breathes sneaker and streetwear culture.

Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and other emerging platforms — reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
- Support the content calendar by tracking drops, sales, and cultural moments such as sneaker releases, collaborations, and festive campaigns, and turning them into timely content.
- Assist in scripting and shooting short-form video content, including founder-led and behind-the-scenes content.
- Research trending audio, formats, creators, and competitor content to keep our content culturally relevant and ahead of the curve.
- Support influencer and creator outreach, collaboration, and coordination.
- Contribute ideas for new content formats, campaigns, and ways to grow the Kicks Machine community.





Skills Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera.
- Have a strong eye for what makes content stop the scroll — and can explain why certain accounts, creators, or posts work.
- Have excellent written communication skills — from captions and hooks to community replies.
- Are naturally curious about sneakers, streetwear, fashion, pop culture, and social media trends.
- Are proactive, creative, and willing to experiment rather than simply follow a brief.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, mass communication, media, or a related field. Not mandatory if your portfolio speaks for itself.
