About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and skilled SLA 3D Printing Technician with 15 years of experience to manage day-to-day SLA 3D printing operations. The candidate should be hands-on with machine setup, slicing software, material handling, printing, post-processing, inspection, maintenance, and daily production documentation.

Role & responsibilities

- Operate SLA 3D printing machines, prepare print files using slicing software, set up jobs, and monitor print runs to ensure smooth production.
- Handle SLA printing materials, including resin loading, safe material usage, machine cleaning, routine maintenance, and proper storage as per process requirements.
- Carry out post-processing activities such as support removal, cleaning, curing, buffing, sanding, finishing, and careful handling of printed parts.
- Inspect finished parts, maintain daily production records, report defects or issues, and follow safety guidelines and shop-floor discipline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 15 years of hands-on experience in SLA 3D printing operations.
- Valuable knowledge of SLA 3D printing process, materials, machine operation, and post-processing methods.
- Hands-on experience in post-processing and finishing activities such as support removal, cleaning, curing, buffing, sanding, and final part finishing.
- Ability to use slicing software and understand basic print preparation requirements.




- Basic understanding of engineering components and quality inspection methods.
- Experience in measuring parts using callipers, gauges, or similar inspection tools.
- Ability to maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good troubleshooting, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, discipline in safety practices, and willingness to perform hands-on shop-floor tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate should be practical, hands-on, and comfortable working directly with machines and production tasks.
- Should be able to independently manage routine printing operations after training and guidance.
- Should have a quality-focused mindset and be able to identify defects or SLA 3D printing process issues early.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, prototyping, product development, dental/industrial SLA 3D printing, or similar production environments will be an advantage.
